How to enable the camera for QR scanning on staff devices
If a staff member taps QR Scan and the camera does not open, they have likely denied camera permission. Follow the steps below for their device.
iPhone · Safari

Open iPhone Settings app

Scroll down and tap Safari

Tap Camera → find evscleanlog.com → set to Allow

Return to app and tap Try Again

Tap three dots (···) at bottom right of Chrome

Tap Settings → Content Settings → Camera → set to Allow

Tap QR Scan → point at washroom QR code → tap Start Cleaning

Tap Mark Complete when done
